How: Open the Zoom link in your browser → click the ⭐ (bookmark) icon.
Name it something clear, like “Charlemos Zoom Room.”
You can organize it in a folder (e.g., “Meetings”) for easier access.
This works well on both desktop and mobile browsers (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc.).
Why: One-click access at the right time.
Paste the Zoom link into the calendar event’s location or description field.
Set it as a recurring event if it’s a regular session.
Works seamlessly on phones and computers with notifications.
On iPhone or Android:
Open the Zoom link in your mobile browser.
Tap “Share” → “Add to Home Screen” (wording varies by device).
It becomes an app-like icon they can tap directly.
Save the link in a note with a title like “Weekly Spanish Zoom Room.”
Most apps (Apple Notes, Google Keep, Evernote) make links clickable.
Send yourself an email titled something like “Permanent Zoom Link.”
Pin/star the email to find it easily in your inbox.
